"A surprisingly rural walk through what most would consider an urban area, where the level, easy start soon changes as you start climbing, steeply in places, as you make your way to the top of Norr Hill - 282m/925ft above sea level. Then it's level or downhill on your return, finishing along the River Aire in the valley way below, skirting the edge of Cottingley and Nab Wood housing estates along the way."
